The flat on the beach Znjan in Split is our newest achievement and was finished in summer 2021. You can expect a top equipped flat with everything you need for a relaxing and unique holiday. The beach is only 50m away and there are many restaurants/bars. Not far from the flat are various shopping malls, there is something for every taste.

National Park Plitvicer
The Plitvice Lakes National Park is the best known and oldest national park in Croatia and south-eastern Europe. The natural oasis was also used for the famous Winnetou films with the famous Silver Lake.
